General Management of a game reserve, tourism management guest relations and eco-tourism. Sound administrative skills. Petty cash management. Phone skills, public administration, and public relations. Field guiding of school groups at Cape Flats Nature Reserve and Wolfgat Nature Reserve. Wetlands Management and River Management, South African Scoring System (SASS), Riparian Vegetation Index (RVI).

Small Mammal Survey, liaison with different organisations eg. Botanical Gardens in Cape Town. Competent in the use of Botanical books for identification of plants.

Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs). Completed a couple of EIAs for Development projects eg. Gordon’s Bay EIA, Storm water disposal pipes EIA, Company’s Garden EIA Cape Town etc. Technical Environmental precision. Environmental Auditing experience, Environmental Management Systems, Environmental Rehabilitation of roads, mines, landfill sites. Safety Health and Environmental Standards and analysis (SHE). Community Conservation projects. Knowledge and understanding of Botswana EIA act.

Water Treatment: Sludge treatment, treatment of swimming pool waters, portable water treatment.

Global Positioning System and Geographical Information Systems and have done alien plants mapping, Conservancy management. Preparation of the management plans for the conservancies in Stellenbosch Cape Town. Klapmotskop and Bottleray.

Environmental Crime Investigation. Worked hand in hand with South African Police Service to bring perpetrators to justice through understanding of Wildlife and National Parks regulations competency in Western Cape Ordinances. Adequate enclosure inspections and inspections of animals in captivity and cycads inspections an endangered plant.

Cheetah Conservation Botswana 2007, Ghanzi Research Centre • Driving off road 4 by 4 vehicles. • Camera transects research and research on cheetahs and other predators. • Telemetry tracking of cheetahs, translation of awareness materials into Setswana. • Spoor monitoring of the cheetahs and other predators, assisting with community surveys and assess to current farm management. • Environmental Education to school groups and Ghanzi farmers. • Predators management for farmers • Exhibitions in show Green Gem Phakalane (2007). • Kgota Expo, which was organized by Hospitality and Tourism Association of Botswana (HATAB), (2007).
